It’s a delightful day. Not a cloud in the sky. The breeze is welcoming. The birds are singing a song likened to a symphony amidst the rustle of tree leaves. It’s as if The Earth Mother and the very elements themselves are inviting a moment of engagement, connection. To oblige, is an absolute must in light of such an invitation. Upon the breath, there’s an intentional relaxation into this moment. Openness to receive all being offered. Indulgence within the bliss that is. And just as the welcome is accepted and acknowledged, the conditions shift. The air thickens, as the humidity builds. The sky darkens, as electrically infused clouds roll in, upon the breath of a wind containing the combined power of all Four directions. A blinding rainfall. The Storm. An end to the afternoon’s delight.
It is in just this way that it happens… One can be moved from one emotional state of being to another.
Traversing the Path of Life, one naturally encounters those things which spark an emotional response. In fact, it is the very nature of the Soul in Human form, as every experience results in an emotional response, to some degree or another. The emotions are the Soul’s way of navigating this physical dimension, as they serve as a veritable compass of sorts. When the emotional response is of Love, unhindered Joy, Excitement, and the like, there exists Alignment wherein the Self is seeing Life as perceived by the Soul. When, however, that response is rooted in fear, despair, or the like, this serves as indication of a misalignment of the Self with the Soul perspective. This state of choosing to yield to the negative emotional response, is typically referred to as being ‘triggered.’
Negative impulsive reaction can seemingly have a mind of its own, refusing even one’s best efforts to control or calm. That raging storm, once ignited, is purposed to do its bidding to completion, with little regard for the carnage left in its wake.
Heat. Anger. Rage. Fight. Flight. All fueled by a Fire which feels exceedingly overwhelming, and absolutely necessary. This feeling, subsequently, lends itself to the ease of slipping into The Drama. The blame. The seething need to defend. To retaliate. The feeling of being victimized. Threatened. Mistreated. All of which give rise to the seeming powerlessness to subdue that reaction once provoked. This is, at least, the case when one is unaware of The Truth of The Moment. Lacking The Vision to see with clarity The Golden Opportunity which The Triggers present.
In this piece, we will take you on a journey. Seeing with clarity, how You, as Writer, Actor, and Director of your own Life Experience, might use The Triggers as Catalysts for Growth… Expansion… Evolution.

And upon completion, another deeply centering breath to integrate what has been seen, heard, and recalled, according to the will of your own Divine Evolution and Well-being.
